Vancouver, BC, January 20, 2017 - Segra Biogenesis Corp is pleased to announce the appointment of Barry Daniel (LL.B), a security expert to the advisory board.

Mr. Daniel is a retired police chief and proven leader with extensive administrative and operational experience of more than thirty-eight years in law enforcement. A former member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) for 25 years he served in a variety of positions across Canada retiring at the rank of Inspector. He was appointed Chief Constable for the Matsqui Police Department and later as the Chief Constable of the Abbotsford Police Department upon amalgamation of the two cities. Since retiring he has been involved in numerous private enterprises both nationally and internationally.

He has held appointments such as: Director Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police ( CACP ) and Chair of the Resolutions Committee for the CACP. President of the British Columbia Association of Chiefs of Police ( BCACP ). President of British Columbia Association of Municipal Chiefs of Police ( BCAMCP ). He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Quantico, Virgina as well as the Executive Development Program at the Canadian Police College in Ottawa.

A native of Saskatchewan, Mr. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, University of Victoria as well as a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the University of Ottawa. He currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia. Segra is pleased to have the decades of experience in legal, security, political and highly regulated environments that Mr. Daniel brings to the team.

Segra Biogenesis Corp. is an emerging Cannabis science Company focused on the standardization of Cannabis production.
