Vancouver, BC, January 12, 2016 - Segra Biogenesis Corp is pleased to announce the appointment of Armin Prahst B.Sc., M.Sc., an international Natural Health Product specialist to the advisory board.Mr. Prahst is a seasoned Scientist working for over 30 years in various positions in the Food, Beverage and Natural Health Product Industry. He graduated with a M.Sc. in Food Science from the University of British Columbia in 1994 and obtained his B.Sc. in 1992 from the University of Guelph. His passion is fermentation technology and food processing, which he nurtured working with various companies such as Granville Island Brewing and RJ Spagnols specifically in R&D and QC Senior positions. The last 15 years he has been operating his own business, Spagomed Laboratories, focusing on developing and marketing Natural Health Products in Canada and consulting to industry. He was one of the first individuals to successfully create a retail line of fermented and conventionally extracted botanicals in North America. The IP that he created is currently utilized by Teawolf LLC, a highly successful botanical extract company that he co-founded and helped build as Technical Director since 2009. Mr. Prahst has a wide range of practical experience ranging from the agricultural field, to the lab bench and industrial processing over to the regulatory environment in Canada and the USA. His business travels brought him to China, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, the USA and many European countries enabling him to link not only interdisciplinary fields but also intercultural ones.
